Record your meetings, and a tidier inbox
MyPA can now record your meetings and conversations, so you can ask about them afterwards. And the inbox has been tidied so what needs you comes first.
In short
- MyPA can record a conversation, a meeting or a voice note from your device, then transcribe it and remember it so you can ask about it later.
- MyPA Notetaker joins your Zoom, Teams, Meet or Webex call from the meeting link and records it.
- The note-taker appears in the call by name, so everyone in it can see it.
- Recording is charged from your token balance, and silence is not charged.
- The inbox summary now leads with what is urgent, then a short read for each account.
Two things in this update: recording, and a cleaner inbox.
Record now
Record a conversation, a meeting or a voice note from your device. MyPA transcribes it and remembers it, so you can ask about it later. Recording is charged from your token balance, and silence is not charged.
A note-taker for your calls
- Paste the link. MyPA Notetaker joins your Zoom, Teams, Meet or Webex call and records it.
- Everyone can see it. The note-taker appears in the call by name, so make sure the people in it are happy to be recorded.
- Ask about it afterwards. “What did we agree on pricing?” gets you the answer from the recording.
A tidier inbox
- What needs you, first. The inbox summary leads with what is urgent, then a short read for each account.
- Summaries on demand. Summarise an email, everything from one sender, or everything from one company.
- Clearer drafting. A status line shows while MyPA writes a reply, and Back from a draft returns you to the email.
