Step one: say where and when
"Book me a flight from Jersey to London tomorrow" will be enough. If you have a preference, add it: morning, direct only, a particular airline. MyPA remembers your favourite airlines and the times of day you like to travel, so you say less each time.
Step two: compare the options
MyPA will line up the flights it finds, with departure and arrival times, whether they are direct, the price, and what is included, such as cabin bag only or no baggage included. It will confirm any detail it needs before it can book, and you will see everything side by side in the chat rather than across three apps.
Step three: choose, and approve
Tap Choose this flight. The booking will complete as soon as you say yes, and the confirmation will come back to you. Every action that books or pays waits for your approval, so nothing is bought by accident.

It is not only flights
The same flow is coming for hotels and restaurant tables. "Sort dinner for tonight" will get you a booked table with the time confirmed, and "Find me a hotel near the conference for two nights" will get you options and a booking once you choose. Your calendar can be updated at the same time, so the trip lands where it should.
Keeping the trip in one place
Because MyPA also reads your email, the boarding pass, the hotel confirmation and the "what time do you land?" email from a colleague are all in the same conversation. Ask on your phone on the way to the airport and pick it up on the web app at your desk. One memory, one MyPA.
