Does MyPA remember my preferences?
Yes. Favourite airlines, restaurants, providers and the times of day you like things done are remembered, not re-asked. The more you use MyPA, the fewer questions it needs to ask before getting on with it.
Can it handle routines and recurring tasks?
Reminders and tasks you set keep coming round, and Home gives you a morning update of what needs you. Background agents that spot a routine and keep it running on their own are coming soon.
Does it learn which services I trust?
MyPA remembers your preferences and the services you use, so suggestions start from what you already rely on. You can view and change what it remembers at any time.

What is MyPA?
MyPA is an AI personal assistant app for everyday life, made by MyPA Limited in Jersey. You ask in plain words and it sorts and answers your Gmail and Outlook email, keeps your calendars and tasks in one place, finds cheaper deals, and lets you use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and other leading AIs in one app. Nothing is sent, paid for or switched without your approval. It works on iPhone, Android and the web, and flight, hotel and table booking is coming soon.
Who is MyPA for?
Anyone with too much admin. People who juggle an inbox, a calendar, bookings, bills and renewals across a dozen apps, and would rather ask once and have it handled. You do not need to be technical, and you do not need to know which AI is best for what.
How is MyPA different from a generic chatbot?
Most AI tells you what to do. MyPA does it. It connects to your email, calendar, contacts and other services, compares real options, and, with your approval, sends messages, switches providers and makes payments. Bookings are coming soon. Every one of those actions waits for your approval.
Is the product live?
Yes. The mobile app is live on the App Store and Google Play, and the web app is live at search.mypa.today. Bookings and a few other features shown on this site are coming soon, and are released as they become ready.
What AI models does MyPA use?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Mistral, DeepSeek and Qwen. Smart Mode automatically picks the best AI for each request, and you can choose a specific one yourself if you prefer. There's also Ludicrous Mode, which asks several AIs the same question at once and shows their answers side by side, with a combined summary at the end. We add new AIs as they arrive.
Are MyPA tokens the same as ChatGPT or Claude tokens?
No. MyPA tokens are MyPA's own credit, valued across every AI in the app, so they do not compare one to one with the tokens ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini count. Each request uses tokens according to the AI and the size of the task: a quick chat with a lighter AI costs very little, while a long piece of work with one of the most powerful AIs costs more. Smart Mode picks the right AI for each request, and you can choose a lighter one yourself to make your tokens go further.
What languages and regions are supported?
MyPA speaks many languages out of the box. The services it can connect to, such as carriers, retailers and switching providers, vary by country, so what MyPA can do for you depends a little on where you are.
