1. Purpose and application
1.1 This Policy sets minimum rules for using MyPA and forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to personal users, business users, advertisers, merchants, creators, Insights customers, developers, integration partners and anyone using MyPA through a white-label or partner app.
1.2 Core rule: do not use MyPA to cause unlawful harm, deceive or exploit people, gain unauthorised access, evade safeguards, manipulate rewards, or automate anything you would not be legally entitled to do yourself.
2. Illegal activity and fraud
You must not use MyPA to plan, facilitate or carry out fraud, theft, extortion, money laundering, identity theft, scams, forgery, tax evasion, bribery, sanctions evasion or other crimes, or to create deceptive communications to obtain money, credentials or confidential information.
3. Cybersecurity
Legitimate defensive security, education, authorised testing and software development are allowed. You must not use MyPA to gain unauthorised access, steal credentials, create or deploy malware, exfiltrate data, disrupt systems or evade access controls.
4. Violence, weapons and dangerous activity
You must not use MyPA to facilitate violence, terrorism, kidnapping, trafficking, the manufacture or acquisition of prohibited weapons or explosives, or instructions that materially enable serious physical harm. General safety, historical, journalistic and academic information may be provided where it does not materially facilitate wrongdoing.
5. Child safety
MyPA has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation. You must not create, request, possess, share, transform or sexualise content involving anyone under 18, including AI-generated or synthetic material, or use MyPA for grooming, sextortion or trafficking. We report such material to the relevant authorities.
6. Sexual content and intimate imagery
You must not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes of identifiable people, or sexual content involving coercion or exploitation. Sexual content is not permitted with Creator AI Personas.
7. Self-harm and eating disorders
You must not use MyPA to encourage or give operational instructions for suicide, self-injury or dangerous eating-disorder behaviour. MyPA may respond with supportive information and signposting instead.
8. Harassment, hate and abuse
You must not use MyPA to harass, threaten, stalk, dox or abuse people, or to promote hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics. Criticism, debate, satire and education are permitted where the purpose is not to promote harm.
9. Privacy and surveillance
You must not use MyPA to unlawfully surveil people, obtain private information without authority, misuse facial recognition or identity data, or use another person's accounts or connected systems without permission. If you process other people's data, you are responsible for having a lawful basis.
10. AI-generated content, deepfakes and impersonation
- You must not use AI-generated content to impersonate a real person or organisation for fraud or harm, or to mislead people into believing they are dealing with a real person where that is harmful or unlawful.
- You must not create synthetic evidence intended to mislead a court, regulator, employer, financial institution, voter or the public.
- You must not create realistic AI images, audio or video of real people without their consent where this could harm them or mislead others.
- You must not remove, alter or obscure AI labels, watermarks, content credentials or other provenance marks for a deceptive purpose or where the law requires them (AI Content Labelling System Policy).
- When you publish AI-generated content that could be mistaken for real, you must disclose that it is AI-generated where the law requires.
11. Creator AI Personas
You must not try to make a Creator AI Persona produce sexual, abusive, defamatory, hateful or misleading content about the creator or others, claim to be the real creator, or make endorsements the creator has not approved. You must not present Creator AI Persona output as the creator's genuine statement.
12. Regulated goods and age-restricted activity
MyPA may restrict transactions involving firearms, explosives, controlled drugs, prescription-only medicines, nicotine, alcohol, gambling, adult services and other regulated goods. You must not bypass identity, location, age or eligibility controls.
13. High-stakes use of AI Output
AI Output must not be presented as the judgement of a licensed professional unless a qualified professional has actually provided or reviewed it. Do not rely on AI-only output as the sole basis for emergency medical decisions, prescribing, important legal filings, investment execution, tax filings or similar high-stakes actions where professional review or authoritative information is reasonably required.
14. Decisions about other people
Unless MyPA provides a compliant feature with appropriate safeguards, you must not use MyPA or MyPA Insights to make solely automated adverse decisions about other people in employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare eligibility, immigration, criminal justice or access to essential services, or to infer protected characteristics to discriminate.
15. Elections and civic processes
You must not use MyPA to suppress voting, misstate voting procedures, impersonate election authorities, run unlawful targeted political persuasion using sensitive data, or fabricate evidence to corrupt an electoral or civic process.
16. Automated actions and Coworker
You must have authority to access any system and perform any action you ask MyPA to automate. Do not automate workflows that bypass security, breach confidentiality, violate another service's rules or perform unauthorised transactions. You are responsible for setting sensible scopes and limits for Standing Authorities and reviewing important automations.
17. Commerce, payments and chargebacks
You must not use MyPA for stolen or counterfeit goods, unlawful wildlife trade, payment fraud, card testing, deceptive chargebacks, false returns, laundering transaction proceeds or purchases you are not authorised to make. You must not use stolen or unauthorised payment cards to buy subscriptions or AI Tokens.
18. Intellectual property
Do not use MyPA to knowingly infringe copyright, trade marks, confidentiality or other rights, including by generating content that reproduces protected works or imitates a real person's voice or likeness without permission.
19. Spam and platform abuse
You must not send unlawful bulk messages, scrape data unlawfully, create fake accounts, manipulate reviews or ratings, inflate advertising metrics, evade bans, overload infrastructure or interfere with MyPA or third-party services.
20. AI Tokens and MyPA Insights integrity
- Do not create fake, duplicate or coordinated accounts to farm AI Tokens or rewards.
- Do not use bots or artificial activity to generate false queries, intent or transactions.
- Do not provide false information to affect reward eligibility or research.
- Do not submit other people's private information to MyPA Insights or attempt to make restricted data eligible.
- Do not tamper with consent records, token balances or fraud controls.
We may withhold, reverse or cancel AI Tokens linked to fraud, abuse or ineligible data.
21. Rules for advertisers and Insights customers
Advertisers and Insights customers must not attempt to re-identify individuals, combine MyPA data with other data to defeat privacy thresholds, request restricted data, use Insights for discrimination, surveillance, credit or other prohibited eligibility decisions, resell Insights except as permitted, or remove AI or sponsored-content labels.
22. Emergencies
MyPA is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee that an attempted call, message or escalation will be completed. Use official emergency services when immediate help is needed.
23. How we enforce this Policy
MyPA uses automated safety and fraud systems and trained human reviewers (Human Oversight Process Policy). Measures may include warnings, refusing a request, removing content, disabling a tool or automation, excluding data from Insights, reversing rewards, requiring verification, suspending or terminating an account and, where required or permitted by law, reporting to authorities. Final account suspensions and terminations are confirmed by a human except where immediate action is needed to prevent serious harm.
24. Reporting and appeals
Report misuse or harmful AI content using the in-app flag or help@mypa.today. If you believe enforcement was wrong, you may appeal to help@mypa.today; a person not involved in the original decision will review it.
25. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect new capabilities, risks, law or platform rules, and will communicate material changes.
